Every Italy trip I plan begins with a free 30-minute consultation. This is where I listen – your travel dates, your group, your pace, and what this particular Italy trip means to you. I assess route feasibility and seasonal availability before a single booking is made. No form, no obligation. Just a real conversation that shapes everything that follows.

We build your Italy trip, booking by booking
Once your vision is agreed, I get to work building your bespoke Italy itinerary from the ground up in three layers. First, I secure your accommodation – boutique hotels, private villas, or masserie, booked directly with no markup. Then I handle every logistics element: private transfers, high-speed rail, ZTL-safe driving routes, and airport pickups. Finally, I source and confirm your experiences – private guides, food and wine experiences, artisan workshops across all 20 Italian regions. You approve each layer as I build. Nothing moves forward until you are completely happy.
