Do I pay you, or do I pay the hotels and providers directly?

You pay a flat consultancy fee to Design Your Italy. All hotels, guides, drivers and experiences are paid directly to the provider at their actual net cost. We never handle your travel payments.

How far in advance should I book an Italy trip planning service?

Think of me as your strategic creative partner. My process is a dialogue, not a monologue. We begin with an immersive discovery phase where I learn to understand your rhythm, values, and unspoken desires. How far in advance should I contact you?
